River City Sound Quartet

The Boise Chordsmen sponsored the Boise Youth Harmony event on 2/4/10

The Timberline High School stage held 340-local high school students in a combined chorus. Chordsmen provided sheet music, coaches and a collegiate quartet for the event (learn more).

River City Sound was formed in 2004 from remnants of two popular Boise quartets: baritone Con Hobson and bass Brian Connolley from Rhapsody (Division V champs in 2002 and 2003), and lead Dan Kaufman and tenor Steve Hoeft from Touchstone. Since then River City Sound has been among the top 10 quartets in the Pacific Northwest, performing at large and small venues as the “refreshing change of pace” act.
